The Grand Canyon is a steep-sided canyon carved by the
Colorado River in the state of Arizona in the United States. It is
contained within and managed by Grand Canyon National Park, the Hualapai
Tribal Nation, the Havasupai Tribe and the Navajo Nation. President
Theodore Roosevelt was a major proponent of preservation of the Grand
Canyon area, and visited it on numerous occasions to hunt and enjoy the
scenery.

Experiencing Sutherland Falls | Fiordland, New Zealand
Sutherland Falls is a waterfall near Milford
Sound in New Zealand's South Island. At 580 metres (1,904 feet) the
falls were long believed to be the tallest waterfall in New Zealand.
However, Browne Falls cascades 843 metres (2,766 feet) down a
mountainside in Doubtful Sound, leading some to view that as the
tallest. The beautiful water falls in three cascades, the upper is 229 m tall,
middle - 248 m, lower - 103 m tall. Vertical fall of 580 m is made over
480 m of horizontal distance, thus the mean grade of falls is
approximately 56 degrees.

of the most impressive waterfalls in New Zealand, Devils Punchbowl
Falls is located in the heart of Arthur's Pass National Park. However the waterfall may be seen from the highway itself, it still better to
walk up to the waterfall's base and enjoy the it's power.

Upper Ebor Waterfalls - Guy Fawkes River - New South Wales - Australia
Upper Ebor Waterfalls - Guy Fawkes River - New South Wales - Australia is
a cascade waterfall on the Guy Fawkes River, located near Ebor and
about 37 kms north-east of Wollomombi on Waterfall Way in the New
England region of New South Wales, Australia. The falls is a famous tourist attraction within Guy Fawkes River National Park, with
viewing platforms of the falls and walking tracks, a rest area with
barbecues. Camping is not permitted at Ebor Falls, however camping is
available at nearby Cathedral Rock National Park. The falls were first
protected in a recreation reserve in 1895. In September 2008 new
lookout platforms were opened. These replaced platforms that were
destroyed by fire in 2007.

The Cauldron Tree
Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve contains some
of the oldest trees in Europe, veteran oaks five centuries old and the
world-famous Major Oak, still producing acorns after standing at the
heart of the forest for an estimated 800 years! The 450 acre country
park is part of the Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve, designated
in 2002 by Natural England, the Government agency responsible for
safeguarding our natural environment.
Angel Falls Venezuela
this is the Angel of the jump the highest waterfall
in the world. The most dizzy dip part of the planet from the plateau of
Mount Auyantepui, in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, and dives to
precipice in one of the densest vegetation on Earth. One of the most
famous natural wonders and love of Venezuela.
Legend has it that this cascade of its discoverer, Jimmy Angel, a bizarre and adventurous American pilot who, while flying over with his plane in 1937 the region Venezuelan plane entered stranded and forced him to make an emergency landing on the mountain Auyantepuy. Unharmed, walked for 10 days along the Rio Carrao reaching the first inhabited place. Still on top of the waterfall there is a reproduction of the famous plane that flew over the jump.

Ruacana Falls
Ruacana Falls are waterfalls located near Ruacana on
the Kunene River in Northern Namibia. The waterfall is 120 meters (390
ft) high and 700 meters (2,300 ft) wide in full flood. It is among the
largest waterfalls in Africa, both by volume and width. The Epupa Falls on the Kunene River are located 135 km (84 mi) downstream on the border of Angola and Namibia.

Detian Waterfall in China
Detian Falls is a collective name for two waterfalls on
the Quây Sơn River, that straddle the international border between
China and Vietnam; more specifically located between the Karst hills of
Daxin County, Guangxi, and Trùng Khánh District, Cao Bằng Province. The
waterfall is 272 km (169 mi) north of Hanoi. Below the waterfall is a deep pool to a width of more than 200 meters (0.12 miles) and a depth of over 30 meters (0.02 miles).

The Grand Canyon, USA
The Grand Canyon is one of the most remarkable natural
wonders in the world. It is located in the state of Arizona, USA, and it is one
of the deepest gorges on Earth with an average depth of one mile (1.6km)
and an average width of ten miles (16km). The canyon was carved over
the past 6 million years by the action of the Colorado River as it drops
over 2,200 feet (670m) along the 277-mile (446 km) length of the gorge.
For thousands of years, the area has been continuously inhabited by
Native Americans who built settlements within the canyon and its many
caves. The Pueblo people considered the Grand Canyon a holy site and
made pilgrimages to it.

Canadian Falls with Full Moon - Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada
Niagara Falls is a Canadian city on the western bank
of the Niagara River in the Golden Horseshoe region of Southern
Ontario. From largest to smallest, the three waterfalls are the
Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls and the Bridal Veil Falls. The
Horseshoe Falls lie on the Canadian side and the American Falls on the
American side, separated by Goat Island. The smaller Bridal Veil Falls
are also located on the American side, separated from the other
waterfalls by Luna Island.

The waterfalls of Niagara Falls are located on the
Niagara River which connects two of the five Great Lakes. Lake Erie and
Lake Ontario. Collectively the waterfalls are named Niagara Falls.
They consist of three different waterfalls. The American Falls and the
Bridal Veil Falls in the USA and the Canadian "Horseshoe" Falls in
Canada.
